Order Processing and Delivery

• We currently only ship to U.S. addresses.
• We ship via USPS within 1-2 business day of receiving your order and payment. 
• We do not insure unless you ask for it. 
• As a general rule, the following Domestic Shipping rates apply: 

Odd, oversized or heavy books may require a shipping adjustment.  We will let you know if this is necessary. 

Returns

Paper Garden Used Books guarantees your satisfaction.  We're a new business with growing pains and your patience is appreciated.  We try and describe books as accurately as possible. But errors do occur.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email so that we can discuss the details. Returns are accepted within 14 days of order receipt.  If you need to return an item, please pack carefully so that it is returned to us in the same condition you received it in.  Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund for the amount you paid for the book will be issued to you in the form of payment you used.
